Tuiscint Medtech is a Galway-based consultancy helping suppliers of goods and services to the MedTech industry access, establish and grow their presence in Ireland. We combine direct MedTech commercial experience with practical market knowledge to help suppliers make better decisions, move faster and build with confidence.
Through our Pathfinding & Market Access service, we act as your representative on the ground in Ireland. We help you procure or rent the right facilities, and connect you with legal representation, recruitment firms and other critical service providers, alongside market validation, entry setup and leadership hiring.
Through our Commercial Leadership service, we help supplier businesses strengthen sales capability, improve pipeline performance and build commercial structure where it doesn't yet exist internally, shaped by first-hand experience of how MedTech companies actually buy.
